Our Process
Step 1. Initial consultation/site visit.
This time is spent getting you know what you would like in your kitchen including the style of the joinery based on your existing surroundings or ideas. We will either meet with you at your home or you are welcome to bring your plans to our showroom.
Step 2. Presentation meeting.
Our qualified kitchen designer will create a 3 D design and arrange a meeting with you at our showroom to present our initial concepts, specification and provide an estimated quote. At this time, we are happy to make small changes to your design.
Step 3. Finalise plans, product and colour specifications.
This is the detailed design stage where you will confirm your products and materials at our showroom. Our designer will work and consult with you providing expert advice on the best products and materials to suit your design and requirements. We will then finalise the quote and specification.
Step 4. Accepting our quote and design.
At this stage we are ready to finalise the design and quote. We will then place your job in our manufacturing schedule and provide you with an estimated install date.
Step 5. Final site measure.
Our installer will call you to arrange a time to meet at your home and conduct a final site check.
Step 6. Manufacture.
Our team of skilled craftsmen will construct your quality joinery. Generally, you should allow 4-6 weeks for manufacture as it is dependent on the materials and finishes you have selected.
Step 7. Delivery and installation.
Our installer will contact you the week prior to installation to confirm your installation date and time. He will also ensure any required tradespeople are arranged. On the day of install, our installer will carefully load up your cabinetry and bring it to your property to install.
Step 8. Are you happy
We will contact you to confirm you are happy with your joinery.
